Their problem: with 7 collection routes and drivers that spent much of their days running a mini courier company and taking incoming calls form their veterinary practices booking sample collection.
Our solution: we dedicated a phone line to incoming veterinary calls bypassing our client entirely. We utilised our own drivers to establish 5 collection runs. We booked regular collections and worked with our client to market their services in geographical areas so they could maximise the profitability of each collection run.
The result: the laboratory was able to entirely outsource their complete collection service enhancing their service provision and reducing their need for in-house staff to run this essential part of their business.
