Kate is the boss and she's been running diamond since 1992. Married with 2 lovely kids she is responsible for business development. Her coffee making skills are appalling and she is not very tolerant with people who don’t pay their bills. Likes – people who own their own businesses, Brighton and wine (red preferably). And travel, lots of travel. Dislikes traffic wardens and mobile phones in restaurants.

Little known fact - Kate has a tick off list that she ploughs through annually. Sky diving, scuba diving, jungle trekking, motorcycling – you name it she’s done it. Any contributions for other adventures to add to the list

Dave Reith (or Davey-Gravey as Kate calls him) is known as BWC - or Big White Chief. Chief coz he’s the Operations Manager, Big coz he’s very tall and White coz that’s what colour Kate’s turned his hair since he started at diamond in 1994. Married for millions of years, with 2 grown up kids Dave’s a big softy who has the ability to make our couriers do marvellous things.

Ruth Roate has been at diamond since 1996. She’s not allowed to leave because that would mean there would be nobody left in the company who could count. Ruth changes her mind about getting married fortnightly but has two lovely daughters with long-term bloke, Phil. Ruth is the person to speak to if you owe us money or we owe you!

John Messenbird is the joker in the pack. Married with 2 step kids and a temperamental Burmese, John spends his days sorting out any IT issues and running our storage contracts. Mostly likely to be seen on a nightclub podium, power kiting or eating. Most unlikely to be seen shopping.

Mary Ahmed Is our administrator and cares for our most regular clients. She has lived in Surrey all her life and her previous experience in the chauffeur and taxi industry means she has fab local knowledge. Mother to 4 grown up children (who spoil her rotten on her birthday) she’s a bit of a coffee addict and loves her cars. Strangely loves camping in muddy fields or grander destinations in Spain.

Gareth Goode Is Assistant Controller. He’s recently retired from the Army as a Captain after training at The Royal Military Academy in Sandhurst. Married with a daughter, Gareth is most likely to be seen making light work of major DIY projects and most unlikely to be heard discussing anything of a vaguely girly nature. Kate therefore drives him nuts!
