Kate is the boss and she’s been running diamond since 1992. Married with 2 lovely kids she is responsible for business development. Her coffee making skills are appalling and she is not very tolerant with people who don’t pay their bills.
Likes – people who own their own businesses, Brighton and wine (red preferably). And travel, lots of travel. Dislikes - traffic wardens and mobile phones in restaurants.

Dave Reith (or Davey-Gravey as Kate calls him) is known as BWC - or Big White Chief. Big coz he’s very tall, Chief coz he’s the Operations Director and White, coz that’s what colour Kate’s turned his hair since he started at diamond in 1994.
Married for millions of years, with 2 grown up kids, 2 extremely fabulous grandchildren and a dog called Charlie, Dave’s a big softy who has the ability to make our couriers and staff do marvellous things.

Ruth Roate has been at diamond since 1996. She’s not allowed to leave because that would mean there would be nobody left in the company who could count.
Ruth changes her mind about getting married fortnightly but has two lovely daughters with long-term bloke, Phil. Ruth is the person to speak to if you owe us money or we owe you!

John Messenbird is the joker in the pack. Married with 2 step kids, John spends his days sorting out any IT issues and running our storage contracts.
Mostly likely to be seen on a nightclub podium, power kiting or eating. Most unlikely to be seen shopping.

Gareth Goode is the Operations Manager in Guildford, educated at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Gareth joined us early 2008 having retired from the Army as a Captain. Gareth deals with all of the daily operational activities and is usually the man to speak to if you have any questions to ask. Outside of work Gareth is keen to see more of the World with the Far East next on his agenda. He has an ever evolving list of things he wishes to do, having already completed a South African double marathon, jumped out of several perfectly good aeroplanes and scuba dived in some less than exotic locations. Gareth is most likely to be seen making light work of major DIY projects and most unlikely to be heard discussing anything of a vaguely girly nature.

Jaz Blake is the newest member of the team. Previously a client of diamond’s, she knows just how great we are so is best placed to spread the word about Diamond in her role in Business Development.
Her career in advertising account management was put on hold to have ‘No. 1 son’ but with him ensconced in school, it’s time for her to manage our sales and marketing effort. Jaz makes a mean curry and is partial to the odd Cosmopolitan.

Russell Skinner is an old hand at this courier game - having run his own business for nearly 20 years before joining the diamond crew. A devoted family man, with a lovely wife and two equally lovely, but considerably noisier kids, Russell is most likely to be seen at a school play, fete or more likely at a Chichester Chamber or Arun Business Partnership event…or he says running down Bognor beach before work. Yeah right!
Loves good food and good wine especially when Kate pays for it (they have many a chat over a good bottle of red). Hates poor drivers, politicians who claim dodgy expenses and jobs worths!

Jason Geall Jason has been with RS Couriers (who came under the Diamond umbrella in 2009) since 2000. 2009 was a big year for Jason - finally reaching the big 30 to the distress of most of the women in Sussex and his fellow footballers.
Most likely to be found with beer in hand discussing the finer point of todays game. Least likley to be seen changing nappies. We’ll keep you informed on his fathering skills but apparently since the birth of Lily he isn’t getting much sleep.

Sylwia Kacprzak is a marketing whizz with a degree under her belt and a Masters on the way. Sylwia’s aim is to drag our Sales and Marketing into the 21st century so no doubt you will see us on Facebook soon!
