diamond is different. We have always run a meritocratic business that embraces equality, diversity and inclusion. We worked hard to encourage all so that by 2019 we had an equal gender ratio including at board level. We are the exception to the statistics, particularly in our sector. Our founder, Kate, spoke at the Welcoming the Year of Diversity in Freight and Logistics event at Portcullis House, Westminster on May 29th 2019.

Our EDI Policy

diamond logistics is committed to providing services which embrace diversity and that promote equality of opportunity and inclusion of all team members.

Every person working with diamond logistics has a personal responsibility for implementing and promoting these principles in their day-to-day dealings with everyone – including members of the public, other team members and partners. 

We will measure and report on the effectiveness of our service delivery, employee policies and processes, in relation to these principles, by building performance monitoring and management information requirements into policy and product development. This information will be used to inform future policy and to enhance business processes.
